The now Nashville-based band’s first album Heaven, released 10 years ago this year. Recorded in Havana, Heaven literally changed the band’s lives as it ended up in the hands of Cuban-American musician Raul Malo, who convinced the band to uproot and relocated to the U.S. Join me as SLP lead singer/songwriter Lisset Diaz returns to the show to discuss Heaven. The band is re-releasing a remastered version of the album to mark its 10-year anniversary. So dig in as Lisset recounts the songs and the recording of an album that changed their lives!
